Shipping Information

Jungle Blowgun Co. now offers selective international shipping.

Jungle Blowgun Co. does not ship to Canada or the United Kingdom.
Jungle Blowgun Co. does not ship to California or Massachusetts.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) on a daily basis (weekdays and some Saturdays). We recommend USPS Priority Mail as it seems to be the most affordable method, and offers 2-3 day transit time to most continental US locations. One piece blowguns longer than 36 inches must ship via USPS Priority or USPS Express and require shipping insurance. APO and FPO addresses ship via USPS only.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, however processing times will vary with incoming order volume. Most in-stock orders ship from our warehouse within 12-48 hours of payment receipt.

You will be provided with a tracking (UPS) or confirmation (USPS) number when your order ships. It is important to note that the USPS does not provide a true "tracking" number, rather they assign a delivery confirmation number to your shipment. Often, this delivery confirmation information will not be updated until after your order has been delivered.

Return Policy

Due to the method of operation of blowguns, all sales are final. If you receive a defective unit out of the box, you may return it to us for a replacement within 5 days of the products delivery confirmation date. We reserve the right to deny any return request if we determine the product was broken as a result of use.
